# How to Use ZenCortex: Dosage and Administration Guide

Taking ZenCortex fits easily into your daily routine. Each morning, you fill the dropper, place the liquid under your tongue, and hold it there for 60 seconds before swallowing — or simply stir it into a drink. Pair it with a meal, stay consistent every day, and let the formula do the rest. Beyond hearing health and tinnitus relief, users commonly report improved concentration and mental clarity as the formula builds in their system over the first few weeks.

## Daily Routine

    By holding the liquid under your tongue, the active compounds pass through the thin sublingual tissue directly into your bloodstream, bypassing the digestive system entirely. This means a faster onset and better bioavailability compared to swallowing a capsule.
